The RL-602 Cement Kiln Online Process Analysis System is an online monitoring instrument designed for continuously monitoring the gas composition in pipelines used in cement kilns, lime kilns, coal chemical plants, smelters, petrochemical facilities, and industrial applications. Depending on the environment, different measurement parameters can be selected, allowing the system to accurately measure the content of various components in the pipeline gas.
1. Refrigeration Technology
Utilizes compressor condensation/electronic/vortex tube (explosion-proof, environmentally friendly) refrigeration technology for rapid cooling of samples and separation of harmful components. Equipped with built-in temperature regulation and supports high and low temperature alarms. Exclusive cooling method prevents component loss.
2. Intelligent Automatic Drainage & Self-Cleaning
Automatic drainage design reduces manual intervention. The device features self-cleaning capabilities, is reusable, and easy to maintain.
3. Vapor-Liquid Separation
Special separation technology effectively separates condensates from samples, ensuring analytical accuracy.
4. Environmentally Friendly, Explosion-Proof & Fully Dry Process
The entire sampling system, sample transfer lines, pipe fittings, and suction pumps are corrosion-resistant, using stainless steel, polytetrafluoroethylene, or special anti-corrosion treatments to significantly enhance system durability. Explosion-proof refrigeration technology meets the requirements of harsh working conditions.
Used for online detection of oxygen, carbon monoxide, and nitrogen oxides in hazardous locations with explosive gases or combustibles, such as chemical processes and new materials industries;
